Privacy Policy
LeadBoom, LLC ("LeadBoom," "we," "us," or "our") operates agentscriptvault.com and the IUL Script Vault product (the "Site" and "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your choices.
By using the Site or purchasing the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us
- Account & order info: name, email address, phone number, and any details you enter at checkout.
- Payment info: processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not see or store your full card number, CVC, or expiration — only the last four digits and card brand, returned by Stripe for reference.
- Support messages: anything you email us at support@leadboom.io.
Information we collect automatically
- Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies: used for site functionality, analytics, and advertising (see Section 5).
- Advertising identifiers: when you arrive from an ad, we may receive click IDs (e.g. Meta's
fbclid, Google'sgclid) to attribute the visit.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process your purchase and deliver the Service.
- To send order confirmations, receipts, product updates, and customer support replies.
- To send marketing emails about related products and offers (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To measure, analyze, and improve the Site and our advertising.
- To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security issues.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal Bases (for users in the EEA/UK)
Where applicable, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to deliver your order), legitimate interests (to run and improve the business), consent (for optional cookies and marketing where required), and legal obligation.
4. Who We Share Information With
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, under contracts that restrict how they can use it:
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing. Stripe privacy policy.
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting and serverless functions. Vercel privacy policy.
- HighLevel (LeadConnector, LLC) — CRM, email delivery, and customer communications. HighLevel privacy policy.
- Google LLC — analytics (Google Analytics 4). Google privacy policy.
- Meta Platforms, Inc. — advertising measurement (Meta Pixel and Conversions API). Meta privacy policy.
We may also share information when required by law, subpoena, or legal process; to enforce our Terms; to protect our rights, property, or safety; or in connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, bankruptcy).
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use first-party and third-party cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for:
- Strictly necessary: keeping the checkout session working.
- Analytics: understanding how visitors use the Site (Google Analytics 4).
- Advertising: measuring ad performance and showing you relevant ads on Meta platforms (Meta Pixel + Conversions API).
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies may break parts of the Site (especially checkout). You can opt out of personalized Meta ads through Meta Ad Preferences and Google ads through Google Ad Settings.
6. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations (including tax and accounting records, typically 7 years), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Marketing email lists are retained until you unsubscribe.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you.
- Request a portable copy of your information.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent where we rely on it.
- Opt out of marketing emails (unsubscribe link in every email).
- Lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, to correct inaccuracies, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. If you want to opt out of our use of Meta Pixel / Conversions API or Google Analytics for advertising, email support@leadboom.io with "Do Not Sell or Share" in the subject line.
To exercise any right, email support@leadboom.io. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
8. Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including TLS encryption in transit, PCI-compliant payment processing (via Stripe), and limited access to production systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Children
The Service is intended for licensed insurance professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, email support@leadboom.io and we will delete it.
10. International Transfers
LeadBoom is based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on the Site or by email.
